This is how Àlex and Laia tell us their day: “We were very clear about one thing, we wanted our wedding to have these three adjectives: simple, elegant and natural. We wanted it to be close to everyone and at the same time serious; that it was fun and at the same time formal; that it was like a major party, but elegant. And this conversation we had, this long list, became exactly what our June 1st was.”.
We all know that organizing a wedding is a very big investment, and already put, Alex and Laia decided that this money would invest in local and local companies, artisanal details, and sustainable and biodegradable products.
Hidden in the Penedès, is the rural house Mas Palou, a place that the couple had known for some time and that made them fall in love. They knew they didn’t want to marry anywhere other than that, hug by their trees, and surrounded by a sea of vineyards – which starred in a long and romantic aperitif until the Sun was set.
Alex and Laia continue: “We wanted food to be fun without being pretentious. We wanted good dishes that remind us of family parties and home flavors. And all of this we achieve with Sensations Food Service: a mixture of product, elegance and quality. We choose the second duck and we still receive congratulations every day”.
Mas Palou has lived few weddings but those he has lived have been full of magic. The one of this couple from Sant Sadurní did not stay behind. With the personalized lighting that the Suit & Music team set up, and the decoration that – in the hands of Flors Amelia – brought colour and warmth both to the tables and to the bride’s dress – his day was shot, from start to finish. But most importantly, they managed to make it their own.
Ah! And of course… on such a special day, there was no shortage of Terra, his dear little dog.
